Alright, I'm sure many of you guys have been curious regards to this topic.
I should have posted this thread in the beginning but i just got carried away with the forum editing.
Here it is guys. Our system.
Owner (Adbanced) 1-2 "more" owner will be chosen
This is to ensure the stability of the guild. If i were to leave, everything may crumble and fall apart. Guild members who put much effort and time will all go to waste. That's not what i want, I'm just putting safety measure for you guys.
Their Privilege is as follows:
Make top decisions (Will decide the future of our guild)
Appoint leadership
Approve recruitment
Demote/Kick/Ban Members and Leaders
Host Events
Leader(GM) (Slim, HBforever, OMGTHEEND) 2-4 Leaders will rise from the ranks
Pretty much given, they will lead the guild. They are Guild Masters(GM).
Leaders will not be fired without warning and there will always be an explanation from other "Leaders". Only the "Leaders" and the "Owners" may discuss and approve their demotion or expulsion.
Their privilege is as follows:
Appoint supporting leadership
Approve recruitment
Demote/Kick/Ban Members
Host Events
Captains (???) 2-4 Captains will be picked by the "Leaders" and up.
Captains will support the "Leaders". They will be also be acting recruiters.
Their privilege is as follows:
Approve recruitment
Support and possibly host Events
Relay messages
Designers (???) 2-4 Designers are allowed at one time.
Designers who do their magic, I'm grateful for you guys. Please, no personal request to the designers. They will help me make the best website for you all.
Nothing else worth mentioning for now- Oh, forgot about moderators... i'll think about this later.
Note: There will be special rank for the PVP players and PVP champions.
Future Tournaments and guild match purposes (For bragging rights).
